Your delight is our first and foremost goal. We will do everything to give you the best shopping experience you have had. To make the shipping and returns process hassle free, we have clearly laid out our policies.

What can I return or exchange?

We offer returns and exchanges on majority of our catalog items can be returned or exchanged as per your convenience. We have a no questions asked policy for exchanges or returns for 15 days  from the date of your purchase.

Here are the guidelines for each:

Items that can be returned or exchanged:

  • Any item purchased from our store (with the exceptions below
  • Items can be returned or exchanged for a store credit or a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product, if it fulfils the following criteria
  • All items are in the original condition and are never used.
  • All original packaging of the product is still intact and no damage has been done to either the product or its packaging
  • Items are returned within the period 15 days from the time of the order
  • Red Oranges reserves the right to do a through quality check of the product to ensure its resalable before issuing a credit 
  • Items that can only be exchanged for a different size

Items that can’t be exchanged or returned

  • Items on clearance or sale of 50% and above considered to be final sale items opened from the original manufacturer packaging
  • Items that worn out or used and not returned in the original condition or packaging will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges

How can I get money back?

We can  refund you the money completely in the original format of payment within 3-5 days of receiving the merchandise back in the warehouse

How do I return something?

You can call us on 98301 55003 or write to us at redorangesfashions@gmail.com we will be glad to process the return or exchange for you.

Once we arrange for a return pick-up of your order, the courier shall pick it up within 72 hours of your request. Please bear in mind it may take 2-7 working days for the product to reach our order-processing center. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Red Oranges, 233/5 AJC Bose Road, Kolkata 700020.

 Key guidelines to keep in mind

To ensure that we are able to process your returns accurately and promptly, please ensure the following guidelines are followed

  • We will arrange the pick up for the products, however, you will be responsible ensuring that the product is ready for pick up once the courier arrives
  • The contents of the package must be packed in the original condition with the original packaging. Any important element of the product or its packaging can result in make the product non-returnable or exchangeable 
  • The package must be sealed appropriately to ensure the safety of the product while in transit
  • The address label on the package must be affixed properly
  • Red Oranges will not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging

Who pays for the return shipping?

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, we will bear the cost of return shipping.  If you ever receive a tampered box please notify us immediately and we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacing the merchandise.

For all other reasons, return shipping applicable will borne by the customer, but you are welcome to avail our discounted rates with all the carriers. This will be deducted from the amount refunded.

How long does it take to process the refunds?

We strive hard to process all refunds within 3-5 business days of receiving the product back in the warehouse and upon completion of a quality check. Please remember that some times banks can take up to 2-3 weeks to issue the refund to you. However, we have noticed that the banks processes 98% of the refunds within 24-72 hours.

Special Note:

Returning or exchanging for reasons other than product defect is a privilege offered to the customers. If any customer is found to be abusing this privilege, then Red Oranges holds the right to not accept any returns / exchanges from such customers.
